Will Heroes get Infused armor?
I was thinking of taking my heroes to Tyria to finish up my Tyrian Protector title and I got to wondering how their infusion will be handled, or if even A-Net remembered to do something about it.
Henchmen are automatically infused after the Iron Mines mission I believe. Will heroes work similarly? ie if you are in any area after Iron Mines with your heroes will they be infused? Or do you need to take them on an infusion run?
Or (most likely I fear), did this get overlooked and our heroes will be useless against the Mursaat?

I think you will have to the infuse run yourself, to give you a chance to do the ice caves bonus for example. Well that would make sense to me.

We were talking about that last night during the guilds mad dash for protector and 2 folks rushing new characters through (3 thk's in one night, ack!). If we have to do infusion runs and there are 12 heros, of which we can only have three in party, thats 4 runs for infusion. Brought me back to that brief period when you could only get one piece at a time infused.

Well the non-infused henchies in that mission do get infused when you hand the spectral junk to the seer. I suppose heroes would get infused then as well.
I'm more concerned about the celestial skills in Raisu Palace and Imperial Sanctum.

If I remember correctly, not ALL the armor on the henchmen is infused, only like 2 or 3 peices of it.
So I would assume (hope) that Heroes would get all their armor infused making them omgwtfbbq pwnage

Although I highly doubt you will see celestial skills for the paragon and dervish. I am sure you will see infusion for the HERO's.
Anyone else remember when the henchmen could not get infused?

Yeah Snowman, I remember there being some bugs with the henchie armour infusing. Tended to get fully infused after they died once if they bugged.
Celestials for D and P was not my concern, but if the heroes could even get those skills.

I'm curious about Celestial Skills but not overly concerned about them. The final 2 missions are beatable without any celestial skills if necessary, and you and the other 4 members will have them.
But without infusion, the 3 heroes might as well not even be there when facing spectral agony.

Yeh hopefully itll just work out so that when you yourself accept the chat-window-style celestial skills/infusal functions of the game, that it is accepted by your Heros too...
(i guess the sunspear Hunt blessing would count too, since its accepted with a chat window, but they dont have titles for us to check it on)
But yeah if that stuff doesnt work itll hinder the usage of Heros in some kinda important parts of the game..

Yes but if you accept the celestial skill, where will the Hero put it on their skillbar? ie which skill will they give up? I assume for henchies, the devs just hard-coded their skillbar for those missions and put the skill where they wanted it. For heroes to accept the celestial skill, they will either have to pick themselves or have a UI for you to do it. I suppose they might always pick the 1st slot then you could plan on that ahead of time and leave that slot empty.

Heroes go with you everywhere basically. If you can put runes on the armor, then you can probably get it infused too.

And in the worst case scenerio.. you don't *have* to use them for the few missions where they would lack.
